Process

How to return an item

Log in to your account

Navigate to 'My Orders' and select the item you wish to return. Click 'Request Return' to begin.

State your reason

Choose a reason and upload photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. This speeds up approval.

Pack & ship

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Receive your refund

After inspection at our workshop, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 banking days.

Eligible for Return

  • Items in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

  • Products returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items damaged or defective upon arrival (photos required).

  • Wrong item received β€” we'll cover return shipping costs.

  • Products in their original dust bag and packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalised, monogrammed, or custom-engraved items.

  • Items showing signs of use, odour, scratches, or stains.

  • Products returned after the 14-day window.

  • Items without original tags, dust bag, or packaging.

  • Sale items marked 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 5–7 banking days after initiation.

  • UPI & Net Banking refunds: 3–5 banking days after initiation.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account via NEFT.

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

  • We offer size and colour exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping for exchanges is covered by Zinria Leather on the first request.

  • Exchanged items follow the same returns eligibility criteria.

  • Contact us at support@zinrialeather.com to initiate an exchange.

Important Note on Leather Goods

Leather is a natural material. Variations in texture, grain, shade, and markings are inherent characteristics β€” not defects. These variations make each Zinria Leather piece unique. Minor natural marks are not grounds for return; however, structural defects or manufacturing faults absolutely are.
