Hide Selection
We source only genuine full-grain leather from trusted Indian tanneries with decades of expertise. The natural texture and grain of each hide is preserved — never sanded or corrected — ensuring every bag ages beautifully and tells its own story over time.

Hand Cutting
Every panel is cut by hand, following the hide's natural grain for maximum strength. Our artisans have spent years learning where to cut, how to avoid weak spots, and how to honour the material. No two pieces are identical — each carries the mark of the hands that made it.

Assembly & Finish
From stitching to edge burnishing to final inspection — one artisan sees each bag through to completion. Hardware is solid and durable. Seams are tight and waxed for longevity. Before it leaves our workshop, every piece is checked by the craftsperson who built it.

2015
Our journey began in a small workshop with just four artisans, united by a passion for genuine leather craftsmanship. In the early days, we worked behind the scenes, producing high-quality leather bags for exporters while quietly refining our skills.
2020
When the pandemic brought the world to a halt, our work was deeply impacted. Amid uncertainty and challenges, we made a bold decision — to take control of our future and begin our direct export journey.
2021
These were years of learning, struggle, and growth. We invested our time and resources into understanding global markets, improving our products, and building a strong foundation — despite financial risks and setbacks.
2024
We stepped into the digital world by launching our products on Amazon. With consistency and dedication, every order and customer became a milestone in our journey forward.
2026
What started as a small workshop evolved into a bigger vision — the launch of our own brand, Zinria Leather. A brand built on craftsmanship, resilience, and authenticity.
